  1. Submit your complaint in writing using your Registered Email Address, providing full details of the issue (including relevant dates, transaction IDs, screenshots if applicable, and the resolution you seek).
  2. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours.
  3. Our Customer Support team will investigate the matter thoroughly and aim to provide a reasoned response within 10 business days.
  4. If the investigation requires additional time, we will inform you of the delay and provide an updated timeline (not exceeding a further 10 business days).
  5. Once a final decision is reached, we will communicate it to you in writing, explaining the reasoning and any remedial actions taken.

Anjouan Gaming Authority
As betum.com is licensed and regulated in the State of Anjouan (Union of Comoros) under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, unresolved disputes may be referred to the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority or its designated alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity.

We will provide you with the necessary contact details and reference number upon request to facilitate escalation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions, including any disputes arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Anjouan.
