  • Self-Exclusion – Block access to your account for a longer, defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely.

Self-Exclusion Process

If you wish to self-exclude, please contact our support team in writing from your Registered Email Address, clearly stating your request and the desired duration.

Upon receiving your request:

  1. We will close your account and prevent access to the Service for the agreed period.
  2. You will not be able to place bets, deposit funds, or receive promotional materials during this time.
  3. The minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months. Shorter temporary breaks can be arranged as a cool-off period.
  4. Your account will not be reactivated automatically at the end of the selected period. You must submit a written request for reactivation, and we reserve the right to refuse if we believe it is in your best interest to remain excluded.
  5. We will take reasonable steps to prevent the opening of new accounts during the exclusion period.

Self-exclusion applies only to betum.com. We strongly recommend that you also request self-exclusion from other gambling operators where you hold accounts and consider installing blocking software on your devices.
